can make you more money, with very little extra effort!
As an "A" Broker, you will have turndowns. But, just because a deal cannot be done
through conventional sources, does not mean that it is impossible to assist the client and earn extra revenue.
Some applications are declined because of property type, very poor credit, unverifiable income,
foreclosure situation, or a combination of these factors, These deals are our specialty. We lend based
primarily on the equity
in the property, not credit or income! We can save the deals that you have been literally throwing in the wastebasket!

HOW DO PREMIERE'S RATES AND FEES COMPARE TO OTHER LENDERS?

During our 25 years in business, we have established ourselves as
a key source for private mortgage funding for
"A" brokers in Western Canada! We have accomplished this by providing aggressive lending solutions to our broker
partners and their clients at a reasonable cost. We
know that if a proposal is overpriced, it will simply not fly with the borrower. We would rather make less and do the deal,
than hope to make more and earn nothing!
With private mortgage products, the rate and fee structure is based on risk, the difficulty
in doing the mortgage, as well as the size of the mortgage.
With mortgages approved by our MIC, Our Preferred Pricing Proram provides excaptional private mortgage rates, and most importantly on urban 1st mortgages, allows you to keep 100% of your brokerages fees! Click for details
If the mortgage requires placement with one of the lenders in our pool, we can work with you on a co-broker basis. Brokerage fees are discussed with you in advance and are generally shared on a 50/50 basis.

WHERE DOES PREMIERE HOME MORTGAGE LTD. OBTAIN ITS FUNDS?

| We source our
funds primarily from our mortgage fund, Premiere Canadian Mortgage
Corporation. Our mortgage fund has a portfolio of $57 million as well as
a $14 million line of credit. In addition, we have a large pool of
private investor partners, enabling us to provide funding for most
equity proposals. |

HOW QUICKLY CAN PREMIERE REACT TO A FUNDING REQUEST?
|

We
will provide you with a written proposal within a couple of hours. If you prefer, simply call us and we can provide you with
a quote right over the phone!
Because we utilize Title Insurance, we can provide almost immediate funding as soon as the
borrowers have signed the mortgage documents. In an emergency situation our lawyers are able to prepare the mortgage documents
within a day.

Our President, John Ugyan, has 16 years of prior experience in residential
and commercial financing with three different banks, mostly in Toronto, Ontario, including positions as Senior Credit Analyst
and Bank Manager.

Isnc.) since its inception in 1984, providing financing for residential
